General Terms & Conditions

Except where otherwise stated, reservations for holiday rental properties are confirmed by payment of a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost.
Balance of the total rental cost is due six weeks prior to commencement of the rental period.
At some properties, a security deposit is required to be paid on or before check-in.
Payments may be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa & MasterCard)
Rental payments are non-refundable except where the property reserved is re-let for the same or similar period as the original reservation.
Refunds are subject to a US$ 50 service charge and any additional charges or costs incurred are to the renter's account.
Security deposits are refundable against loss / damage / telephone charges / electricity charges / or other charges specified at the time of reservation.
