Situated on a long stretch of secluded beach overlooking the Andaman Sea, Jivana Villas are unique in that they are one of the very few truly beach fronted villas available in Phuket for private rental.

General Terms & Conditions - Except where otherwise stated, reservations for holiday rental properties are confirmed by payment of a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost.
- Balance of the total rental cost is due six weeks prior to commencement of the rental period.
- At some properties, a security deposit is required to be paid on or before check-in.
- Payments may be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa & MasterCard)
- Rental payments are non-refundable except where the property reserved is re-let for the same or similar period as the original reservation.
- Refunds are subject to a US$ 50 service charge and any additional charges or costs incurred are to the renter's account.
- Security deposits are refundable against loss / damage / telephone charges / electricity charges / or other charges specified at the time of reservation.
