At Katamanda Phuket, each villa has at least two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious air-conditioned living and dining rooms, plus extensive outdoor decks or terraces, including some with a private pool.

The reception, services and back-of-house areas at the Clubhouse, together with the range of recreational features, have been designed to service villa rental guests. Villa guest services include reservations, reception services, maids and in-villa catering (some villas have live-in maids, others utilise daily maid/cook services from housekeeping), linen and laundry services, concierge and business services.
