Nestling at the southern tip of Kamala beach, the properties command views across the entire bay. Kamala is situated about 10 mins drive north of Patong and as well as being one of the finest sandy beaches in Phuket, Kamala comes alive in the evenings with a range of restaurants and bars.

Four types of accommodation are available:

• Andaman Suites are 1 bedroom on the first floor with direct beachfront overlooking the Andaman sea. (74 sq. m.)
• Garden suites are 1bedroom suites on the first floor, overlooking landscaped gardens and Jacuzzi/swimming pool. (93 sq. m.)

Three Bedroom Andaman Villa -- Oceanfront

Private Villas with direct ocean frontage overlooking the Andaman Sea. Comfortably furnished interiors feature a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living/dining areas leading to the covered terrace. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom.

Two Bedroom Garden Suite -- Garden View

Two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the ground floor overlooking landscaped gardens and swimming pool / Jacuzzi. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (with full sized bathtub) and comfortable living/dining area leading to a garden terrace. A queen size bed in the main bedroom, with 2 x single beds in the guest bedroom.

One Bedroom Andaman Suite -- Oceanfront

One bedroom apartment on the first floor overlooking the Andaman Sea and Kamala Bay. The spacious interiors consist of a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably furnished dining/living area leading to the ocean front terrace. The bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom is fitted with a full sized bathtub.

Two Bedroom Garden Duplex -- Garden View

Two bedroom and two bathroom apartment on two levels set amongst tropical gardens overlooking a swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open plan area featuring a complete kitchen and a spacious living/dining area which leads to the garden terrace. A queen size bed in the main bedroom, 2 x single beds in the guest bedroom.

One bedroom apartment on the first floor overlooking the lush greenery of the Estate grounds. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining/lounge area opening to a garden terrace. Fixtures include a queen size bed and full size bathtub in the separate bathroom.

The Balcony Bar and Restaurant -- Oceanfront

Located on the Estate grounds, The Balcony Bar and Restaurant offers a variety of Thai and western dishes served on the terrace with views of Kamala Beach and the surrounding mountains. Items from the menu can also be ordered "room-service" style or delivered poolside. Room service breakfasts are available if ordered prior to 10.00 p.m. the night before required. The restaurant terrace is also the perfect location for watching the day go by and quenching your thirst with an icy cold drink.
