Andara Phuket is a luxury property development by Hong Kong businessman Dr Allan Zeman. Started in 2004 the development is inspired by Dr Zeman’s own holiday home in Phuket. “I love my home in Phuket, and so I wanted to be able to share the experience of living in paradise with other like-minded people,” said Dr Zeman.

Phases I & II of Andara consists of 26 luxury villas comprising lavish individual bungalows and private pools, all overlooking the pristine Andaman Sea of Kamala beach. Phase III presents 37 resortresidence apartments with similarly spectacular views, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms and most also offering private pools as well as 5-start hotel services.

All 3 phases are for private ownership, with rentals available should the owners which to offer them when not in use.
