It is on a quiet compound of six pool villas just behind The Boat Lagoon in Koh Kaew, and next door to The Royal Phuket Marina, opposite the road to The British International School (BCIS). It is a ten minute drive to the beaches and twenty five minutes from the tourist resorts on the west coast of Phuket. Ten minutes will take you to the main shopping area of Tescos, Grand Central etc.

The villa is four years old and has just been repainted and beautified. The land plot is around 700 square metres (or 0.45 Rai) and indoor area around 250 square metres. The pool is 10 metres by 4 metres and there is a decent sized landscaped grass area next to it.

The furniture includes extras such as washing machine, drying machine, an extra sofa bed, a water filter-purifier which supplies the fridge with free clean water and ice. There is a massive reservoir tank beneath the villa which collects all the rainwater for the villa and so there are no annual water costs.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are spacious and open plan. The doors slide open to expose all of this area to the pool veranda which is especially beautiful at night with all the pool and garden lights on. There are mounted waterproof outdoor speakers round the pool and an outside shower, sink and urinal.

The Master Bedroom has sliding doors straight out onto the pool terrace and has a large ensuite bathroom with large bath, double sink, separate shower and toilet. The Second and Third Bedrooms share a bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet and there is a third room with single sink and toilet.

Back indoors, there is a spacious room for storage with the washing machine and dryer. At the entrance to the villa there is a covered double car port with electronic gate providing space for three cars.

The compound monthly charge that we have agreed to is 7,000 baht which covers cable tv, pool and garden maintenance, night security and a small shared gym. It also covers running costs and maintenance of the shared facilities. WIFI is available.
